What is a deal room for boat sales?
One link, no account
Send one link for the deal. Each person enters with a one-time code sent to their email, so nobody has to create an account or download an app.
Milestones with owners
Sea trial, survey, acceptance, closing. Each milestone shows who owns it and what it's waiting on, so the buyer and seller can check status instead of calling you.
Everyone in the room
The party list shows who is on the deal, from the buyer and seller to the co-broker and the closing attorney.
Documents to review and e-sign
Share the documents for the deal so parties can review, download and e-sign them in the room.
Files back from every party
Parties on the deal can upload files to you from the room after they verify their email: PDFs, photos (including iPhone HEIC), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or CSV, up to 25 MB each. They can upload against a document request you sent, and the request is marked fulfilled.
You control what's shared
Parties view and sign what you share, and can upload files back to you. Uploads stay private to you until you choose to show them in the room. Commission details never appear in the room.
